Drive through, got told to wait just a sec about 5 times during a 10 minute period and when I finally got to the window spent another 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. The lady just kept counting her register while the other one fanned herself with what I can only assume was going to be my bag. Never got my food, drove off. Will not do business or even suggest anyone eat at this location

Dayshift members do not wash their hands and they take forever to make the food. The night shift does excellent aside from taking forever

The service was not good. Food was burnt. The guy could not put a cherry on my shake because he "lost the tongs" I asked for an order to go and that got messed up. I asked for food to go, they gave me a tray, and no bag. The gentleman next to me also got the wrong order. There is an obvious lack of enthusiasm from the staff. Decorations are putrid, the floor is filthy.

This by far the worst JB I've been at, it's been about little over a year ago, but ever time I went the food took forever and it was always cold, and usually under staff. Just look at the reviews continue 1-star they have not changed, don't want your money their it's not worth the it.

Slow place to eat it take more the 20 munites to get food and they order was wrong they substituted the meat for a regular patty will never go back there again worst place ever
