You know, I always want to like Jack-in-the-Box. Their burgers sound so delicious. However, they almost always fail to live up to their potential. Today I had some burger with butter, bacon, cheese, and lots of beef. That is pretty much the the perfect recipe for happiness. However, I was once again left feeling very bloated and almost dirty. On a positive note, I will say that I'm never disappointed by the eggrolls. Just about everything else on the menu, though, leaves me longing for something else entirely. Probably a Tums for starters as it is four hours later, and I just tasted it yet again.

I love jib but so so hate these two locations in seguin.  Customer service sucks they are super slow seems like they don't interview anybody here I think they just hand out jobs to any criminal felon or ghetto drug addicts. They can't ever get any of my order right then I call back over there if I could even get through and they catch an additude with me like I did something wrong . Don't understand how Tyger si open. Need to shut them down already

Sometimes you want jack in the box but at this location, there could be a wait at the drive through at night.  I'm not sure how it is inside the dining area or during the day.

Semi-satisfied. Drive thru line. Ordered 3 Breakfast Jacks, Two 3-Count egg rolls, small fry, 2 drinks. Total of over 21 dollars.  When we got to the window asked Amanda to repeat the order and price. After Confirmation of the price (over 21 dollars), asked if placing breakfast jack as a combo meal would be cheaper. Amanda replied I would think it would be more. Did not check it, did not make the effort to calculate it, appeared as I'd she just wanted to get me outta there.

I don't believe customer service came first.   But Hey the Food was Great!! Loved it!
Breakfast Jacks are Classic and Egg Rolls are da Bomb!!!

I recommend having her retrained. Also for those of you out there reading this, make sure you bring lots of money before driving through.   ;)
