Olive Garden is one place that I hold near and dear to my heart. On a normal day you can go into anyone of their locations and enjoy the best Italian food on the planet. Now there are maybe one or 2 of them I'll never step foot in. As a general rule they are exceptional. The one on Siegen Lane the first visit was pretty bad. However the staff is one of the very best I've seen. Donald the managing partner is one of those star quality managers, you know the one that shines better and brighter with his level of excellence. He does hold his managers to that standard and hold each of his team members as well. Jamie which is one of those managers. This is one of the number one olive gardens in the country. Please go ahead and try them you will see excellence at its finest.

Good food, as always. But each time we've gone there, it has taken a while for us to be acknowledged.  We stood at the hostess's stand and watched the host basically have a conversation and ignore us. Another time, we were seated at a table that wasn't being served. We just happened to catch a helpful waitress, who ended up serving us. I could take it or leave it, honestly.

I love going to Olive Garden. The food is really good. You get free salad and really fresh bread. Dishes can be customized to suit your palette and the wait staff are really sweet. I always leave the restaurant with a smile on my face. Also, great ambience. Very busy on the weekends though, you might want to get a reservation.

Horrible dining experience. We go often and never have any problems. The potato Toscana soup had no flavor, like it was missing ingredients. Our waitress comment was "they must have made it wrong today".... the waitress never seemed to have a care in the world. The manager was never told this problem and therefore never came to check on us. When I left I spoke to the manager and told him all of the lack of the server and culinary staff for the day. He tried his best to recover the dining experience with gift cards. My mom was thrilled, me...not so much.

The bartender Kevin was very attentive.  With the fact that my food was lost (I think someone grabbed mine on accident ) and they didn't have what I wanted for dessert.  My food was delicious and my server  (Kevin ) was excellent.
