First time I've ever been to a Jersey Mike's ever. It will also most likely be my last. The store was clean, the employee's relatively friendly, but the subs were just below average. My wife got the turkey sub which was decent. I got the Reuben with a microwaved half loaf of bread. This made the best nearly inedible and overly difficult to chew. Many other better sandwich shops around, but for what it was I gave it three stars.

I never  seen such a non-amateur staff at any sandwich shop. The three ladies working behind the register need to learn courtesy when speaking to customers. The franchise at the Hiram,  GA location need to reevaluate who and how they're hiring because this is a turn-off to go there again. JMs make good subs,  but I can get better customer service at Firehouse further down the road, as well as a good sub. I believe some others were bothered by the arrogance of the staff as well since they shook their head when the sub preparer was masking what they wanted.

Food is fresh and good.  The service is good most of the time.  Primarily female workers,  the one male working there seems to be a distraction - especially to one of the female workers.

Had number 6- roast beef, oh my goodness!!!! So good!!! Pay little more than most places, but,,,totally worth it.

Today was the first time I placed my order online. Only problem was they hadn't even started on it when I arrived for pickup. But it was fine, I was 5min early. My fiancee and I love the Philly cheese steak sub... She is always happy when I bring them home! So yummy, but a bit pricey. Definitely more than any other subsign lol around, but SOOO worth it! Don't forgetsign up form the Shore Points to earn free subs!
