Food is great however the customer service needs a little work.. on one occasion I was told to pull up to the front because my order wasn't ready.. about 10 mins later had to go remind them that I was still waiting. The manager refunded me for my meal and was remorseful. She seemed more experienced(meaning mature in age) and this was mid afternoon. The next occasion occurred after 7pm and the crew seemed to be all MAYBE 21 and under. I got home to discover a part of my order was missing and on top of that I had to wait 10 min when I initially ordered. (Was asked to pull up to the front again) called the manager and let her know what happened and that I will be returning for the missing portion of my food. I noticed while I was waiting for my order to be remade that a customer had to ask for her salad that was just sitting in the window and no one on the crew noticed. Got my redo and was expecting a compensation as well. Manager looked puzzled and said they can't honor that request because they had remade my order. Not very good at making the customer happy. I was inconvenienced twice and all you do is remake the order that you messed up in the first place!?? Oh and when I called there was at least 45 seconds of giggling in the background before the call was addressed. If there is going to be a bunch of teenagers working there they need a mature supervisor to monitor them at ALL times.

Terrible experience! I was there with family last night and the lady who was taking the orders probably needs customer service traning or perhaps she needs to find another job in which she will be more effective. The chicken in the Cobb salad was refrigerator cold. We had 6 orders with 2 being similar, but they did not even tell us which is which. Its sad how some employees can hurt the repetition of a company with their poor service!

Food at Zaxbys is normally hot and fresh. Not so much today. Toast was cold and fries looked like they had been in a fight. Funny they had no packaged Zax sauce, only in a small container.

Love this Zaxby’s. I always get through the drive thru quickly and the staff is so kind. The bathrooms are very clean too!
