When needing repairs or service from a dealer, I drive from Hudson, WI to get my Outback serviced at Chilson Subaru in Eau Claire. They are the only dealership/service center I trust in the greater Twin Cities area. Where others will nickel and dime you and suggest random fluid changes or service that is not actually needed, Chilson is honest and truly looks out for its customers. On top of that, the quality of their service is unbeatable. I highly recommend Chilson for servicing your Subaru. Oh, and they give you a free car wash coupon with each visit.

Always consistently great service. Very comfortable waiting area while oil changes! Everyone is very friendly and accomodating.

A dealership - competent and expensive. My work was a recall airbag detonater  At least they did not have Fox News on in the waiting room. 3 cheers for that.

Absolutely a wonderful experience.  I have never worked with a dealership that was more honest and patient with us.  They even stayed late when we got stuck in traffic driving from the Twin cities.  Jeff Dooley and Jeanne Chilson are a true credit to the car business.  I will definitely b going back.

Have been a customer for about 15 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.  Purchases were pleasant and satisfying.  Service has been nothing but the best!  We have only purchased two new vehicles in these 15 years because both were great cars and there hasn't been a need for another.  Our 2006 Outback still looks better than most new cars, and handles and rides well.  We've been treated like customers should be which is a rarity these days.   When necessary service is required, the waiting area is a pleasant, comfortable place and when requested we've always been given a late model loaner.  Chilson  has earned our trust, and the new Subaru models have so many great attributes that the time for a new car may be approaching, and there is no doubt where we'll be shopping.
