Review is based solely on the purchasing experience

I bought a new 2017 jeep just a couple days ago. My salesman, Aaron couldn't have been nicer. No pressure, no games. Did everything he could to make my time there comfortable, as well as my kids. He bought them some snacks from the vending machine, and my son even wanted him to pick him up by the end. 

The manager seemed to really want my business as well. I was quoted by the online responder a certain price based on qualifications she was not entirely sure of, which was much lower than it should have been. An innocent mistake, to be sure. I do not believe it was any sort of bait/switch. But the manager, upon learning of this, honored the price. That's how you earn a loyal customer. She was completely sincere and very nice in my dealings.

The finance manager was also incredibly nice (except with 5th 3rd Bank, but they are just the worst). He explained my options with detail, and helped me make the right choice with my additions. 
And he threw in a teddy bear for my 1 year old that had spent over 4 hours there. 

So Yeah, this is what the car buying experience should be

I have had a horrible experience with the Nissan dealership. I bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue a year ago and it broke down last week. I have a warranty but apparently the part is backordered until Feb at the earliest. I drive a lot for my job and can't be without a car. Although a rental car was ordered, it was ordered incorrectly and no one from service ever returns my calls, plus I need to make additional payments on the rental car for over 3 weeks! This has been a nightmare and although I use to recommend, I don't anymore. The service center is either understaffed or too busy. No good solution has been offered.

Very happy with our experience. We were in need for a car for my wife and was driving through there lot 15 min till close. Westy came out and greeted us and helped us find a car that met our needs. Adam and Westy both stayed late to make sure we got all the paper work taken care of so we could get the car as we are from an hour away. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future. They went way above our expectations.

My fiancée and I came in looking for new vehicles for the both of us. Ivan helped us out immediately! He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. We found the perfect car for me and a future jeep that my fiancée will probably be back for. We can not say enough good things about Ivan and the rest of the staff. He was very relaxed and not at all pushy. He was truly all about finding the right car for us and getting the best price. 100% would recommend!

Finally a minute to give a big thank you to Eau Claire Auto Group.  I have bought a lot of new and used vehicles from the East coast to here. 
To be fair, always a good experience.  But never have I dealt with such an accommodating  dealership as EC Auto Group.  
I've been wanting to buy the new Pacifica since spring.  My intention was to purchase it through a mobility company and have a wheelchair conversion done on it for my daughter.  Initially we stopped at EC Auto for my fiance to purchase his van.  Thanks to the dynamics of a great team here, we purchased TWO 2018 Pacificas.  
Three people, in particular, were stand outs in making things happen for us.  First, service manager, Tami Zurek.  Tami was the most vigilant in working out any kinks and making things happen.  She's a mover and a shaker!
She literally worked from one end to the other, took on responsibility that wouldn't normally be her's and went the extra mile (or 3) for us.  Anastasia Burris, the manager, is an angel.  I am so beyond grateful to her & Eau Claire Auto Group for lending me our old van until the conversion company finishes with the new van.  Not sure of any other place that would have given us the understanding and flexibility for this extended amount of time(5 weeks)!  The local mobility company that earns their commission on the conversion wouldn't even do that.  So a heartfelt thank you to everyone's assistance in helping us with an uncommon situation.  
Finally a huge thank you to Sammy Taylor, for all of her technical expertise and running through all the bells and whistles bc I'd still be lost if not for her. Our sales rep did not know the technical end / features of the vehicle.  Sami stepped in and took us through every feature, step, by step, without pause.  This young lady knows her stuff!!  She was impressive to say the least. 

Thank you to these three individuals. 
 
If I had any con to my purchase, it would be that of any vehicle purchase I've made, my 2nd time sales rep here, was very slow and not nearly as knowledgeable as these 3 individuals.  I would encourage all sales reps to know their vehicles and the features included.  
 
Still, a heartfelt thank you to everyone's assistance in helping us with an uncommon situation, in making this purchase!  

We both love our Pacificas!!!
