I may be biased because of how late it is, and I definitely might consider trying again at an earlier time, but as of right now, what I received was a very sad excuse of Chinese food. This tastes like if your roommate couldn’t cook and attempted to make some Chinese food but completely ignored the recipe or instructions for preparation, and just chose to make it however they felt like in the moment. Make fun of Panda Express all you want, that version of fast food takeout would arguably qualify as authentic Chinese cuisine at this point. Would not recommend.
Stopped by since my office building was promoting a half off lunch special for 2 days! The bowl was super tasty, with a ton of fresh and healthy ingredients. The staff was also very friendly and kind. I will be sure to visit again for lunch in the near future.
Great portion for the price, and it's well balanced since they have the healthier carbs black rice and variety of veggies. Not a big fan of their kung pao chicken but really like the braised pork!
This place is a must try! Had some friends mention about how they enjoyed another location of Chinah in Jersey City so I had to stop in when I saw they were opening up down the street from me. The food was great, I definitely recommend trying the Orange Ginger Chicken!
Good as long as you have your expectations set correctly. It tastes good and offers great value for the price. And you have a lot of options to mix it up. If you want authentic Chinese food, Han Dynasty is within walking distance. If you’re just looking for a quick meal, this place is great. Pork + bok choy + chili oil + creamy sesame = delicious
It’s a small version of a Panda Express, only thing not as a flavorful and short on taste. It is pretty affordable for the area where you can get a base choice if either white rice, greens or brown rice and a choice of meats such as orange chicken, kung pao, etc, with a few vegetable sides. All for a total of about $11.53.
Loved it! Would recommend. Very convenient and close to metrotech centerFood: 5/5
This is such a cool hole in the wall spot for make-it-yourself Chinese food. It reminds me of Chipotle but with a ton of delicious Chinese options. Definitely stop by for lunch!Food: 5/5
New location of a restaurant I discovered in Jersey City. Worth a visit! All new menu.
