The braised beef noodles is really good. The chef don't scrimp out on quality and time taken to make this dish. The beef is tender and the vegetables are flavoursome and fresh.

The noodles hit the spot on a single digit temperature day. I’m happy my noodles were actually spicy. It is what it is. The noodles aren’t the texture I like but it’s a NY market kitchen - they don’t have the space to hand pull their noodles. People complaining are just whack.

The noodles and soup are great, very tasty, but the bubble tea it's a nahhhhh don't waste your money!  it's like they put corn starch in the drink itself, so make it heavy and thick-gross!!!

I love hand pulled noodles so Hana Noodle Station was exactly what I was looking for. I tried the Classic Lanzahou with two kinds of eggs and flat noodles, and it did not disappoint. Noodle texture was on point and the broth was delicious!  There are so many options in DeKalb market hall so it can be overwhelming to decide. Hana is definitely a good option to try!

Wow. I am now a Hana noodle groupie. I just received my first order and these bowls are LOADED. Scallion noodle  and signature beef noodle dishes - 10/10 on flavor, size, freshness, vegetable crunch, noodle bounce. Their broth is so clean and packed with warm fuzzy feelings.  My only gripe? Definitely be sure to warm it up if you need to so you can get the full, main event. I suspect this is due to the fact that I had delivery and they don’t want to mess up the plastic containers. All good!!!

food is awesome, i ordered the classic lanzou noodles and asked for extra cilantro and they listened. THANKS u beautiful staff = their dumplings are also good

I ordered spicy Lanzhou noodles and they completely forgot the spicy. I’m wondering if they just straight up gave me the wrong noodles altogether, because hand-pulled Lanzhou noodles are usually a lot stickier and chunkier. These noodles appear too regular, almost frozen. Was a disappointing experience, both in accuracy and taste.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

We had visited this place a couple of times in the past and yet again weren't let down. We watched as the noodles were made from scratch and enjoyed a large hot bowl of perfectly braised beef complimented with the freshly made noodles mixed with a variety of fresh vegetables swimming in an extremely flavoursome broth.

was not expecting such a classic, authentic bowl of lanzhou beef noodles.  tons of meat and hand pulled noodles, fragrant chili sauce.  regarding some bad reviews, the beef is supposed to be like that, it's beef shank with some tendon and it's delicious!

Very affordable dine-in or takeaway option in the food hall. Authentic noodles - I loved it so much! It’s hand-pulled ramen and the texture was so chewy  highly recommend
