This is not a review of the Chipotle food as it's pretty much the same at each location. I am a big fan of this chain and I love the salad bowls. That being said, this is not the best run location. The extremely long lunchtime lines are *not* simply due to the place being busy. It's more about the way it's run. They are constantly running out of items so the line gets stacked at the first station. In better run Chipotles the long lines continuously move. Not here. You may have 10 people in front of you at 12:30pm and 5 minutes later, those same 10 people ate still in line ahead of you. Most of the employees are relatively pleasant, albeit somewhat inefficient and have little or no sense of urgency. Since I get 45 minutes for lunch, I have to cross this Chipotle off of my list of possible choices because I just cannot spend the majority of my lunch break standing on line.

Plate was messy. Rice was mushy Looked like maggots. I sent my 17 yr old son to get my food. What he brought me back. I would only hope an animal will. Accept it as i have nothing else left to offer to feed them.

Worst Chipotle I've been to. Love Chipotles food but no matter how many times I give this location a shot it always fails. Horrible customer experience and food portions. Cashiers are always nice though.
