The rudest people on this planet ...I wish I could give them a zero..The way they talk to people. Screaming. Yelling..Just no manners.. I put them in their place before they could get to me. I made a scene and told them how rude they are.. The way they talk to customers. From the front desk to driver-RUDE!! Would nit recommended this place..not this location at least..

Where do i start first off i wish i could give it 0 stars. This location is so Horrible it has no good customer service at all.. there is this fat Security guard he so rude do not know how to communicate with travelers. seems like he bring has own problems at home to work. Greyhound you need to hired some friendly ppl that's willing to work and that knows how to work with costumers.

Rude staff, unclean with roaches, broken vending, I choose to leave the rest of the complaints off but it's far beyond these types of things... will be calling corporate office when I calm down and can articulate exactly every detail of a 30 hour trip with THIS station experience being the WORST and ALL of it just plain bad. Don't bother paying for "priority boarding" like I did because NEVER once did it even get called... I got scammed on that. If you can get where your going by any other means... that's definitely my advice.

Station is outdated, filthy, and security there is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond disrespectful to paying customers.........treating people like they are animals.

 No - if animals were treated the way customers are at the Ft. Lauderdale Greyhound station then the Animal Right's groups would insist that a class-action suit be filed against Greyhound getting an court-ordered injunction to immediately stop Security's inhumane treatment of Greyhound's clientel. Ft.Lauderdale Police Department turn's a blind-eye to their actions and even supports such illegal activity. 

The only positive thing I can say about the Ft. Lauderdale station is that the young C.S.R. who works the evening shift is professionally- friendly and is doing a great job considering she what she has to be subjected to working in an environment of incessant Gestapo-like tactics directed toward her customers. I feel sorry for her working under such conditions.
