Customer for nearly a 7 years.  Last night was the 3rd strike, as their quality of service has been down hill, and they don't seem to care. Granted that I arrived during rush hour, but the managers really need to calm their employees. I told them I wanted large queso and shredded cheese on the side. They forget to put shredded cheese on the side and added large tortilla chips in the bag WITHOUT my permission. During ring-up, i told them I wanted small tortilla chips to go, as well. The cashier responds in a very monotone and frustrated voice, "already in the bag..".  I gave her the benefit of doubt and didn't want to publicly embarrass her by calling out her mistakes. Yes, mistakes. She heard me say small chips, but added large and rang me up for it.  Other than that being ripped off, food was dope.

Always friendly professional polite smiling staff. Food is always amazing. My only complaint with this particular Chipotle would be that the dining space is very very small. Often it doesn't matter because people are carrying out but when there are people dining it's quite tight

Chipotle is always my go to place for lunch, but this location is always best. Consistent quality and best flavors for the guac, meat (not chewy like other locations), and corn salsa out of any other Chipotle's in the area. I even ordered online and my order was ready before my pick up time.

The service is pretty bad at this location. I asked for additional steak and the girl's facial expression change to a mean pissy look. Then she literally gave me one additional piece of steak, one little baby chunk. The cashier told me the total, took my card, swiped it then just walked away, didn't say a word. From a distance he turned and said your good to go, no thank you or would you like your receipt nothing.

I would put no stars if I could. Been coming to this place for years and in the last year the service and quality has gone MAJORLY down.  They can’t wrap a burrito it always falls apart. The amount of food you get is minimal and not even filling, the price went up and you get less food and worst quality? Terrible. The workers and management team don’t care either. They used to always take care of it if there was a problem and it used to be good every single time. Never coming back to this location.
