I have been to this location a few times and food is always good.  I would give 5 stars but to get a soda refill you have to go to the counter and wait.  Would rather just get my own refill if a soda station was avaable

I went twice to the restaurant to order the new ghost pepper wings. It’s 15 mins from my house. I have never had any issues. I requested the order of wings to be specialized. Both times there was a wait on Making the product. I was never told until I reach the window. I was told yesterday they were not able to specialize the order. Then told it would take 10 mins. After going back again today I was told there is six min wait on the order.  Something I was not told when I ordered it. Then I asked if they were corporate. They were not which in turn would make me find a corporate Popeyes as I would like the food I pay for to be made the way I prefer like any other restaurant.

I love popeyes in general but sometimes the food is not always fresh and you must check your bag and order, something is always missing.

This is an awesome location, I ordered today from there catering menu this afternoon, came and picked it up at 530, I walked in as they were just putting the finishing touches on it.  I got it home everything was super fresh and hot and a huge hit.  Plus the employees were all super nice, made sure I had everything and helped me to the car.  Thanks for making this part of the birthday party easy...lol  :)

EXTREMELY BAD Customer Service, The Order taker / Cashier “ Asunción Lopez, Was Very Rude, Yelled WHAT DO YOU WANT, I gave my first order very clear & started with my second Order & She Rudely interrupted & Went Back To Repeat First Order & Got It So Wrong, So I Gave / Explained  my First Order Agian & Specifically Said Don’t Need SomeThing & Then Went Back To Second Order & Then She Yelled & Came Back With Attitude & Said ‘ WHAT KIND OF “ I Said, Nothing Thank you, Then Went Back To Second Order the 4Th Time & Gave That & Told Her 1 Extra & She Goes is That It? I said Mam I’m sorry I didn’t hear you, She Then Yelled Back ‘ IS THAT IT ‘ I Said Yes Mam & She Goes ‘ OK PULL UP ‘ I Said Could you Please repeat my order, She Then Once Agian YELLED Back My Order & Left Out What I Had Asked Extra 4 & Goes ‘ OK PULL UP ‘ without letting me know the Total, So I Pulled Up Paid & waited for my Order for 5 Minutes With 6 Cars Behind me.. I Will Tell All My Friends & Family What Happened @ this Location & I Will 4 Sure NOT B going Back to this Location EVER..
