The staff really make the experience wonderful. I have to remember Martin because he made my kids enjoy going out to dinner! He is the type of person that makes us as parents feel welcome to bring the younger kids to dinner! We look forward to come again soon!

Our waitress, Ba, was attentive, nice and funny. Food was very good - especially the dragon broccoli (if you like spicy). The food came out a little faster than we could get through the courses, but if I would have been on a work lunch break, it would have been great timing.

Red Lobster's food is always top quality and for a price you cannot beat! However, this Red Lobster in Bloomingdale is especially special to me and my wife because of the service always received. We met one of the managers, Kent Golden, at the restaurant about 3 years ago when he assisted us with getting a spot faster due to me being a diabetic. We were more than happy with his treatment of us. But the larger thing is that Kent has seen us there a dozen times since and he treats us like family. He greets us with a smile and remembers our names and always comes to visit us at our table to see if we are happy with everything. He makes us want to come back again and again! Tonight, we were more than happy with our waitress too, Juliana. She filled our drinks before they were empty and was real attentive to our needs. We would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to eat well and get treated even better! Great job guys, keep it up! David and Kristen Conforti - January 19, 2018

First time at this Red Lobster n Mothers Day I was very impressed. Wsit time was less then 10 min and my food was HOT! Yes my meal was nice and hot, I actually saw smoke coming out of my baked potato.

For a place called Red Lobster, i expected better lobster, but it was only average. Lobster was tough and lacked flavor..the side dishes were very good. The price, well the prices are as though they were a fine dining restaurant.
I will eat there again, but never my first choice.
