Lorena is an awesome manager! Had an issue with a coupon and she took all the time necessary to help me with it. I'm not really a Chipotle fan but the food was fresh, the service was fast and employees were friendly. I will return because their standards are at my level of expectation.

Have gone there many times in the past. Won't go again. Young lady named Marissa trying to fill my steak white rice burrito without ingredients. Had to order pork with brown rice. My daughters white rice ended up brown rice. I explained to the cashier that I wasn't happy and Rosa offered me a free soda and a coupon. I explained to her that I really wanted to talk to a manager. Eventually Lorraine came to the front. I explained I wasn't happy. She offered a refund which I declined. I told her that as a manager her job was to make sure everything on the menu was available. That the rice that was cooking now, should have been cooking when it was getting low. Maybe it will help. Maybe not. But I won't go back because this was the worst meal I've ever had at Chipotle. After working all day I had looked forward to dinner here. All the young ladies were pleasant and professional.

Excellent staff, this is a pretty busy location, the food is well prepared and they get you out the door quickly. Have never had a bad experience at this location!

This location is average, not bad but nothing stands out as above average. Chipotle was once my most favorite place to eat, almost daily! They lost something that should be part of their culture and I miss it.
