Opening a new location can be challenging, however I'd expect more from Chipotle. The men's restroom was absolutely horrible and based on feedback from others in my party, their women's restroom wasn't much better no soap or paper towels. Additionally, I had to request new chips because mine were stale. Sadly the new bag was too.

This is not against the restaurant we placed an order on the app and it was delivered and it was the wrong order, after many struggles of trying to get this corrected we reached out to the 800 number and they added a Bogo on my app. Said they could not send the correct order so I thought the Bogo would help me so instead I had to spend another $25 for an order, finally, after explaining to the customer service person I’m not spending 50 bucks because I got the wrong order and it was not my fault. So they finally refunded my money, back to my bank account, and I will replace the order all in all. This was crazy and ridiculous. Never had a problem in the stores. The customer service reps were very rude.

I’ve never had a chipotle botch an order so bad. I ordered on the app for pickup in the drive through so i didn’t get to check my order. Literally got just rice and steak with no lettuce, salsa, cheese or any other of the 5 or so items I ordered on my bowl. Worst part is I can see the order printed on top of the bowl so I know I ordered it right. Guess the workers here just know that they don’t actually need to make a full order if it’s in the drive through line. What a joke

Drive thru lane, lady was rude food was horrible I don't recommend any go to this chipotle short lady with glasses has worst customer service manager was not there never order online and pick up from this location

Don’t recommend. It’s new and has a drive thru. But is consistently slow and always and I mean always cheats you on what you order online

Satisfied with the portion sizes here and the quality of food. Everything was fresh and the staff were friendly and quick. Definitely one of my favorite Chipotles.Food: 5/5

Just wished they warmed the tortillas and proteins more. DON'T order from door dash/chipotle website. I don't get my food and it's a real hassle!

Wait times are terrible, tried the new garlic steak and it was just chewy not to mention the beans were hard. Place seemed understaffed.

Tasty, good portions, friendly staff. The lobby is simar to most lobbies in the sense that there aren't a lot of seats.  Vegetarian options: Meatless options for protein

I was there with over 30 minutes before they closed and was about to spend 30 dollars on two bowls with extras. I went to start my order and was told there was not enough of anything to do any orders. Not enough meat, or rice to do even one regular bowl. Everything else looked very low as well. I asked the girl if they had more or could make more and they said no. We told they wouldn't make any new stuff since it was too close to closing time. I find this very strange since this building was recently opened and for the employees not to care enough to do a job they get paid for. I won't be back to this facility even though I live close by. FYI, if you plan to be open have the food ready to be purchased.
