1st let me say, I love me some Chipotle. I love it so much that i have to have it once a week, lately I've notice that their prices have gone up which I'm okay with the problem I'm having is how stingy they have gotten with their food. I went today, ask for my rice, she only put not even a spoon full of rice in the bowl, then spread it out as if she put a lot in my bowl, I asked it I could have some more rice, she put wat was left on the spoon in my bowl, then went on to the next item. Now I love LOTS of cheese, she sprinkle some cheese on, had to ask for more. I use to get a single portion of chicken, now I have to get double chicken just to equal the single portion I use to get. I don't mine paying for my food, my problem is, they have raised their prices but now you get less food. I would have given 5 stars but I only gave 2 stars because I get less food but pay more.

A little weird that the women's room is labeled "women" and the men's room was just a triangle. This caused some confusion because the "triangle" room is facing the public while the women's room was facing the kitchen and was therefore hard to find. This causes women to take to the men's room, leaving the guys SOL. Also, the men's room had no toilet paper. The staff was nice and accommodating but may have been a little understaffed because they seemed a little stressed. The food was cooked properly and we got what we ordered. The chips for the kid's meal were stale. The restaurant was reasonably clean too.

This location always seems to mess up orders when ordering through the app. I have gotten everywhere from other people's orders to missing items. The only thing this location is consistent on is making sure the order is never correct. You are better off physically going to a chipotle location to watch them make the order.

Well, I spent 25.00 there for a steak bowl and guacamole.  The people I have is that the sign stated if you add queso to the steak bowl, it’s 1.45.  I do not like my queso on my steak bowl because I add it as I am eating because I save my leftovers for later.  I asked that my queso be placed in a cup and not directly on the food.  They charged me 2.60 instead of 1.45.  I went back into the store so they could refund the difference.  I was told it cost 2.60 since I got the queso…. In a small cup…. I called store when I got home to speak to manager.  I was told they didn’t have one that could be reached so they transferred my call to the corporate line to which they said some stores are programmed to do that??? Really???   I think it’s a rip off and I have no desire to go back which is very unfortunate.

Love the food at Chipotle, usually get it to go. The atmosphere is pretty boring. But what can you do, its Chipotle. It was clean and the people are nice.Food: 5/5

I’m trying out vegetarian for 2020 and one concern I had was eating out. Glad to know Chipotle has some options that fit that diet. Always fast service, good food and a great place to eat and stay dry when it’s raining out. Love Chipotle after the movies!

They have so many young people working n the other day the service was good until we got to counter n the checkout was not good. Over charged us n wasn't paying attention to anything she was supposed to be doing.Food: 4/5

I have been frequenting this location for 6 years now since we moved nearby, but this Chipotle has been on the decline for about a year now. The large queso size seems to be smaller than it used to be and the portions are much skimpier. My burrito bowl is never full anymore where it used to be almost overflowing. A few times I've ordered a bag of chips I've bitten into a few very stale chips like they have been mixing fresh with old. I'm sad because I used to love this place so I hope it gets better.

This place is disgusting I was just working there remodeling the kitchen and prep areas and this is black mold and the mold spores all are floating around that place. We ask they shut down so we could do the necessary repairs and guess what they did they kept going like the thing to do people's food is being prepped right above this dangerous mold not even two feet away . The ice machine the grill everywhere. I will never give a good review of this dirty establishment

Pretty good food. I always get a chicken burrito, which can very in seasoning but it is all good. Nothing like seeing a worker attempt to close a big FAT burrito. Food: 5/5
