The food is always fresh! 2 weeks ago was my review But today I was totally shocked when I opened my order I was supposed to be a steak salad with all the toppings but this is what I got so if you want your order right just look at them face to face while it’s being made regardless of it being chicken feeding I made it work with a little my husbands on top and it was still good.

MEAT on vegetarian bowl.. So, chipotle is my favorite restaurant. I've been to almost all the chipotles in california. But this store is one of the worst I've been to. Each of the last 3 times I've gone something has gone wrong. So the first time I got double chicken. Once I got home I realized half of the pieces were over cooked and half were completely raw. The next time I went and the small guy up front refused to open a new container of sour cream. He went through 3 nasty salsa contaminated corn floating buckets of sour cream before he had enough for my bowl. Disgusting. And then to top it off tonight I got my wife a veggie sofritas bowl. Got home and it had chunks of spilled meat in it. When I worked at chiptole we had to keep the counter area spotless so cross contamination didn't happen. Get your stuff together chipotle. Your giving the franchise a bad name. Horrible.
We love Chipotle, but we won't eat from this location again. Placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes and never received our food. We understand you're busy, but that's ridiculous. Staff was unhelpful with canceling and refunding the order.
Ordered 3 burritos to go . Girl didnt bother warming up the tortilla. She had a i hate my job face and there was no people in line. She didnt wrap them good so by the time they got to my car bag was all soggy. So dissapointing and upsetting dinner. : manager needs to pay more attention at what they do. Food was good, but choices were limited. They were out of lots of things. Mainly brown rice. People making food could be nicer, definitely that great of service, probably will not stop at this location again.
I love chipotle, but this was the dirtiest chipotle I’ve seen in all my years coming to Chipotle. I’m not a local and have not been here many times, but it was pretty gross. Plus they we’re running low on all ingredients and nobody cared. Sorry not a good experience and would not return to this place.
Server couldn't have been less interested in what we were ordering.... Food was ok, they were out of the veggies although I could've waited 15 - 20 minutes while they sautéed some up.
Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. Floors were nasty, the whole place looked and felt dirty. Out of white rice, barbacoa, chicken and another meat. I asked the manager why they were out and she said she didn't want to have waste. I said, what about providing your customers with fresh food? What they were serving looked awful, just the last scraps i might not feed my dog. She just shrugged and said she didn't want waste at the end of the day and this was over an hour before closing. No wonder people get sick eating at Chipotle! I reiterate; eat somewhere rlse.
Oh my gosh, really dirty store and out of rice and most of the meats. The manager refused to prepare anything fresh. Just old leftover food and the was an hour and half before closing. Just gross looking food. Never Chipotle again.
