I am sad we did not get photos but we love this place! Get the torta, spicy ! You won’t regret it! This time we also ordered chicken enchiladas, rice and beans for the kids. The enchiladas were super tasty and the serving size was great. Friendly service both times we’ve been in and their food is great!Recommended dishesTortas

I ordered a torta ahogada that was pretty phenomenal and a nice size - seating indoor and outdoors and public parking right in front.  No complaints about the food, but can definitely echo some of the concerns about staff. The woman who took my order was not friendly at all and seemed genuinely annoyed that she was working at all - not a great start to the client relationship.

Disappointed with the customer service at this visit. I ordered a specific type of taco for my kiddo and when I was brought the wrong one instead of trying to correct it I was argued with. The gentleman remained insistent that I ordered something that I didn’t. Instead of kindly correcting it I ended up having to place an entire different order. Unfortunately I didn’t keep a copy of my receipt and I really wish I would have. Food was average, customer service was less than that.

This is the best Mexican food in the county.. He knows how to cook and cooks to order.. I find myself comparing other Mexican spots to papi's.. Sure there might be better or equal to joints, but vthis is definitely one of em..Food: 5/5

Tortas are the BEST!!! My fav for sure. Must eat here when in Paso.

I love eating here. Although it is slightly pricey I know its going to be one of the best mexican food experiences you can get in paso robles. The quantity of what you get is great too. My favorite is their carnitas tacos and nachos. Everything I have tried at Papis is always great. If you are looking for good mexican food in the area this is the place to go you wont be disappointed.

We used to live in Paso Robles and Papi's was our go-to place for Mexican food every week. Sunday? Time for Papi's! We came through town on a visit this weekend a had lunch and we were not disappointed. The food, as always, was absolutely delicious! Don't miss the Asada Fries or the Carnitas plate. Both are uhhhhhh-maze-inggggg. A couple beers and I didn't have to eat again for a long time. Expect to have a wait, they are popular and they cook everything to order so it might not be super fast but it is guaranteed to be super GOOD!

Chicken enchiladas, rice and beans were very good, fresh tasting ingredients.  Had to try a chicken taco to make the eating event complete.  Papi’s is the real deal in Paso Robles
