Food was good, but EXTREMELY overpriced. $8. for a small fish taco and $22. for a shrimp cocktail?
I loved this place when it was Jaffa Cafe !!! … This Mariscos La Piedad lost me as soon as they said they charge $1.99 for a refill - call me cheap or judge me how you see fit but I’ve NEVER been charged for a refill unless it was a Specialty Drink or something like that. $20 for a shrimp cocktail Habaneros Restaurant on 12th Street is waaayyyy better at a reasonable price $14 the staff is friendlier and the overall experience is more enjoyable…. This is simply my experience- I’m sure people with big MONEY are happy to throw their money here but Mariscos La Piedad was a complete disappointment for us

So I was working in Paso and was looking for a good place to eat, anyplace cause I was hungry lol. I came across this place Mariscos La piedad" and wow a great surprise in Paso. Shrimp. Tostadas were on point and my friend had the "camarones de la casa" delicious sauce and the Shrimp wrapped in bacon tasty
Service was great! Staff was considerate and friendly. The regular carne azada menu spelling burrito came with meat, refried beans, rice and cheese. It was decent size. The meat was just ok. The side of salsa was appreciated. No chips were served with my to go order. For the money, there are better burrito options very close by.
This place has it all... Good Micheladas.. SHRIMP FOR DAYS. Good Food and staff.. Karaoke, live bands and Djs! Fri sat AND SUNDAY! Definitely recommend
Food was good but the service waitresswas horrible. The waiter was trying to make up for the waitress. She was not friendlynd looked like she hated her job. She took wrong order and then demanded that was what we ordered. She didnt even place one of our guest order. Had to ask fior silverware didn't check on us. Had to ask the waiter for more drinks.
Best shrimp tacos ever. They are kind of pricey at $8 each, but the mountain of shrimp that came out was well worth it!
My wife’s cousin brought us to this place and we have nothing but good things to say about this place. The oysters were fresh, the aguachiles were flavorful, and the tortas was bomb. I also had a bomb michelada and it was really really good. For a first timer, we enjoyed it here. We came from LA so to find a place like this… man was it a gem.
