If you’re going to be out of an item for an online order, let the customers know before having them pick it up and be upset at getting the bare bones!  Was missing pico, beans, fajita veggies from all my entrees!  Only had the lettuce, meat, cheese, and rice.  Definitely will be avoiding this location in the future.

Ordered my husband and I dinner via the app. Definitely got the short end of my bowl and I asked for extra rice. This will be my last time ordering on the app. This was not worth $10.

We was looking at all the reviews in the area and majority terrible. This place had better and we went on Saturday 9/24 around 6pm and the staff were welcoming and great customer service. Another big point is that the food was actually FLAVORFUL. I say this because in the past Chipotle has tasted a little bland. Not just me but my family thought so as well. Anyway we were very happy with this location!!

I’ve ordered a Salad from this location multiple times. Every time, they have not included the dressing. They have either forgotten it, or say that they are out of it. The one and only time we have had it delivered via GrubHub, they have not included it. When we call to request it, no one answers the phone.

I’m a big chipotle fan but this location is nasty. We’ve ordered from them twice and terrible both times. The guac is always brown and not just brown on top from air exposure but brown all the way through - like they’re using bad avocados. And one time the food tasted like cleaning chemicals. Never again! It’s such poor quality that both times we had to throw out our entire order it was so gross it wasn’t eatable.

Ate here Saturday,  12/17/22 at around 11:30 after seeing good reviews. I was craving chipotle because I really love it but I've had to stop going to the matthews & monroe locations because they had gotten so bad.  Wow my experience today was phenomenal. Props to everyone at this location on Pineville/ matthews road,  thank you,  thank you,  thank you, you guys are awesome!!!! Restaurant was clean,  had excellent, friendly,  speedy service & excellent food with good portion size. Was definitely worth the longer drive to be able to enjoy a great meal.

Some of the worst service possible in the greater Charlotte area, which is incredible considering they hardly serve you at all. They only take mobile orders half the time for no explainable reason and won’t take your order over the counter even if you’re the only one in the store. Deplorable customer service, awful attitudes, and and overall pitiful experience as a whole. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

I usually order chicken bowls for my kids every time I get it from here my food gets waters because the chicken is always spicy I’ve tried calling and telling the crew but I get issue resolved.

A little expensive compared to Chipotle in NJ. A chicken Burrito with a less than generous amount of chicken cost over $10. Staff is decent.

Absolutely 5 star high praise for the amount of revenue this location deals with on a daily basis such quick service and quality food for the volume of daily customer traffic for this Chipotle location..
