besides the fact that they constantly decide randomly that they aren’t going to accept in person orders. i waited 30 minutes for a bowl… ordered extra chicken and this is what i get for 13$ thnx

I came to this chipotle and the only person that helped me was a kid name Miguel he was very kind and the only person working everybody else were standing around while there were five customers standing in line he was very patient and he has great work ethic he takes his job seriously I respect the young men of his caliber I really appreciate his help I wanted to say something to the other workers but chose not to and figured that I would come here and talk about my experience I am a union construction worker I will be contacting Miguel and trying to help him obtain an apprenticeship in my union because his work ethic is respected everybody else Should take lessons from him…. I’m posting a picture for validation

This is the second time I’ve gone in to order a vegetarian bowl and they did not have any vegetables.  To make matters worse, the guacamole had turned brown so who knows how fresh it was.  Cancelled my order before I got to the check out. My husband got a salad with steak which he said was fine but they did not have any dressing for the salad. Not going back.

I ate here last week I ordered a steak bowl large drink $16 This week I ordered the exact same thing $22 Tonight the place was no nasty I could not find a clean place to sit trash containers were  over filled and trash sitting next to them with flies buzzing around they were not that busy. My portions were half what I had last week never going back girl at the register was rude. Coke zero was out I ask she said no time??? I was only one inline and there were at least ,, 7 working.

THIS location was fabulous! We've been to other locations but this one, by far, is outstanding. First, the doors and floors were clean - great 1st impression. The servers were outgoing and friendly. The cashier double checked to make sure we had everything. The food was excellent!  While eating, I noticed that there were no customers in line. Typically, that's when employees start goofing off at other locations.  But here, I observed employees working harder! Cleaning everything, I mean EVERYTHING! Rolling out the stainless steel tables to wash the floors, cleaning the glass shield, wiping down all the counters while other employees restocked and cleaned/replaced bins and prepared orders for pickup.  A few more customers came in and they were greeted and served promptly.  The entire staff worked so well and seamlessly together - not 1 slacker! No loud talking or goofing off. Very professional. It was such a pleasure to see younger people taking such pride in their work.  Five stars to all the employees working on School Street,  Mansfield, MA on Sunday evening, 5/9/21.

Not sure who is managing this location, but they need some serious help.  First time there and within 5 minutes I can tell the location is a total mess in terms of training and management.  They were out of Tortillas at the start of a dinner rush, they had no one on cashier and spent 5 minutes trying to find someone as orders piled up. Several employees exclaiming they aren't trained for it. Food was cold by the time I got to sit down and eat it.  Will not return to this location.  Others should beware until basic issues are fixed.

Came in to get burritos with my family. After waiting in line for 15 minutes we are told by the employee at the first station, “No burritos, we are out of tortillas.” Ugh, fine, we’ll just get bowls.  Then we get to the register and there literally a stack of tortillas at the mobile order station and they are making burritos. Not sure if first station employee just doesn’t like making burritos or what!?! A burrito restaurant with no burritos? Disappointing.

We eat here 1-2 times a week. The last 7 times they have run out of veggies. The last time no brown rice or veggies. It’s not like they have a ton of stuff on the menu. Too bad! Prices stay the same and offer less and tell their staff to say they ran out. Poorly managed!!

I used to like this location but now it’s gone really downhill. This is the most staffed chipotle I’ve seen, yet they will randomly decide to take only online orders and stop excepting orders a half hour before close. They are also CONSTANTLY out of stuff even during peak hours. Out of chips almost every time I go, last time they were out of ice and queso and this time no forks, knives, steak or guacamole. Every visit they are out of something and I visit pretty frequently. I understand it’s a busy location, but you think they would know to order more ingredients. The portions are also really small most of the time. If you ask for extra or double of something they will give you less than a full scoop. This is less than any other chipotle I’ve visited. I got a large queso one time and it was only half full. This location is also pretty messy, not as clean as other locations I’ve visited. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest chipotle to me and I used to really enjoy it. I hope they can fix these issues!

If you order online and ask to put extra you will never get them extra. They messed up my 4th consecutive order now. So it's not a one day staff issue. They definitely need training on fulfilling portions correctly.  And never ordered 1hr before closing they put almost rotten food.
