Team was completely overwhelmed with the online orders that no customer in line was being helped. Slowest and no personality at all, 15 minute wait for any hot sandwich so my boyfriend opted for same sandwich as me. For the price and bad service Subway will surely put this place out of business..Also I think we could have ate without paying as the person making our sandwich asked if we had already paid, huh there’s only 3 people working and super small space  you never walked away so how on earth you didn’t know if we paid. Talk about bad customer service. The crew working either need to be retrained or this is not the job for them. Definitely never going back to this location.

This place is nasty gross super dirty they shud be reported to the board of health really young not very bright stuff just a bunch of young teens with no clue running this very dirty place omg the floor was full of food gross I got super sick from my sandwich  I won't go back there yuko

Don’t order online. Usually notes are ignored but you get the item you ask for. If you go to the location it’s usually fine with some guidance.

Horrible attitude every time I have gone, and half the time my Italian is literally swimming in the deep end with oil and vinegar + mayo.  Add to that an expected tip?  I'll just tell you to pay employees that care instead.  In the meantime, I'll make my own sandwiches.

The staff at this Jersey Mikes are super friendly all the time. Only time I've really had problem was when I had to wait very long time for my sub. They were super busy with catering and regular orders and they appeared to be doing the best they could though slightly disorganized that one day. All other days they are awesome. Definitely recommend you try tuna sandwich and tell them you want it Mikes way. So delicious it will surprise you!  Good selection of subs, chips and drinks. Even cookies and brownies for desert. Iike to use the Mobil app to order ahead but some coupons won't take using the app. And you have to order over phone or inside.  Parking: Shopping plaza limited parking spots out in front. Gets packed easily during lunch hours.  Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible but in basic terms. No door opening device and if wide or large wheelchair you may not get inside. Small area for line as well.

Love the regular Italian it's so good and the meat and cheese is cut fresh to order. Great sandwich and great service.
