Mediocrity at its average. The food hasnt changed. Pretty good overall, but not the best burrito chain. The service left me scratching my head. The cashier was horribly inefficient and slow. But instead of helping him, the line burrito makers kept taking orders. I was standing by the tortilla heater and having to shout down my salsa and cheese concurrence. As it was, i missed on the extra hot salsa because the server only asked, " mild, medium, hot?" So i thought they got rid of the habanero. With Chipotle right across the street, one would expect better.
Food is alright. Wish the burritos were a bit bigger. This location is constantly dirty inside though. Food mess on the floors and trash. Tables need a good cleaning. Something you wouldn’t really expect to see at an “upscale” shopping center.
Generally, I love Qdoba but they closed the one where I live. Therefore, I drove to this location in Mansfield which is about 35 minutes away. I hate this location and will never return. First, the place was dirty and the food did not look fresh. Second, the employees act like they have a problem or were bothered by the fact that we were there ordering. Last, the price and the portions don’t match. They give you very little for the price. I will take the 50 minutes drive to the Braintree store where employees are friendly and they feed you well. This location sucks DON’T GO!!!

Went to the Mansfield crossing site. Good was good, not authentic Mexican food but the portions and price were decent. Basically a Mexican subway. You go down the line and pick your toppings
This is the worst Qdoba I have been to. The servers are extremely skimpy and for $9 I would expect more than a spoonful of rice. Their bowls wouldn't fill up a toddler. Not only that but the restaurant isn't clean and the servers aren't the nicest. Chipotle is right across the street. Choose Chipotle instead.
SUPERB FOOD!! The meat was delicious and tender. Their food was truly outstanding. I've never had anything better.
The food was ok, but the burrito bowl portion size was definitely not worth $9. The small spoonful of rice and scant amount of everything else barely even added up to half of the to go bowl. Such a rip off. The people behind the counter were dismissive and no one was wearing a mask while handling food. I'll be going to Chipotle instead.
Absolutely love this location! I am new to Qdoba and have only gone a few times and the people that were working on 8/12/22 were absolutely amazing. Their names are Terri, Alex, Moe, Aaron, and Matt. I ordered a chicken bowl with queso and chips and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! I was asked if I had rewards with them, in which I replied that I did not and the manager I’m assuming was the manager happily informed me that I should download the Qdoba app and make an account to start receiving points for the future, and also showed me how I can redeem the points from the bottom of my receipt that I got as well. I highly recommend going to this location! I felt incredibly welcomed here, and for someone who deals with anxiety, it made me feel really good that I did not have to stress about feeling judged, because everyone here was so incredibly welcoming! I will definitely be back!
Went to location in braintree 3 years ago and seen on memories. Had to go and a friend had never been there. Got a burrito and a taco salad. Woman making them was great going over options for what i wanted on them. My friend was impressed as he ordered his as well. The cashier who was new as she had told us she just started had no issues ringing up order and giving correct change. Even though change and more went in tip jar. The cashier offered drinks chips and asked if we where sure that the was nothing else we wanted as explained we drove about 30 mins to get there and was taking home. Both employee s where very kind and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic and we will be going back very soon for sure. Might have to make it a weekly thing
