Swung by KFC last night for a 4pc combo @ around 8:45pm, made it home the chicken was old ,cold and greasy. Called @9p, no answer, called a second time fax machine sound. They close @10:30p. Drove back up and got a refund. I don't think the manager could talk, she Did not offer an apology, didn't speak or anything. The WORST KFC EVER! Drove over on Lex Ave KFC the chicken , side, and the biscuit were hot.
They wanna charge you an arm and a leg for sauce even though it’s supposed to come with your meal… and then don’t give you any sauce. Doesn’t matter how many times you emphasize it they don’t give you the sauce you’ve asked and paid for.
W.O.R.S.T. KFC I've ever had ... I don't particularly like giving bad reviews,but this place earned it. Not only was the food fowl tasting and dry,but the manager of all people spent our time as well as another customers time complaining about her job. . also, they had 2.5 hrs to close and she wouldn't make us sweet tea for our family order... Beyond the poor service,and poor management the food was just yuck!!!
The 3 crew members were Excellent on Saturday 1-7-23. I'd like to give them all 5 stars. Thanks Soooo much.Food: 5/5

Slow. The workers didn't know what they was suppose to do. Some had rude attitudes. Took over half hour to get food wasn't busy people walked out. Lost my business.
I went thru and a guy named Jeff waited on me. He was polite, professional, and helped me figure out what I needed for amount of people I needed to feed. The food was hot and fresh. I love visiting fast food places for a meal when the experience is smooth. They did a great job! Features: They follow all local guidelines for COVID-19
I worked here for a short time! Eating on the job no face covers it doesn't count if you don't wear it properly when you are using it food being left out and reused for baked goods
Chicken not as greasy as in the past, but service was slow. Chicken is still the healthier choice of fast food.Food: 4/5
