when i first walked in everyone was crazy nice. I never felt so much happiness from such people. The food portions were great and if you wanted more they had no problem giving you some. i am very happy they opened so close to my home. very satisfied and will be coming alot

Amazing Place. I was very excited about this new Chipotle opening and with it being so close it's very convinent for my family! Everyone was friendly through the door, I was welcomed with a big "Welcome to Chipotle". The food was delicious it was a great environment to enjoy my meal. I definitely will be back!

I went there for dinner with my husband last night and spent almost $20 (We ordered to go). What a disappointing experience!! We both ordered the burrito bowl that were barely half full and when I asked for extra corn salsa, was told it would be extra $$!!! We also ordered the chips and queso. The container that the queso sauce was smaller that the container for the extra hot sauce we requested. For $3.75, you would think you would get a good portion of cheese. Once we got home, we tried the chips and they were stale!! I called the store right away and spoke with the manager and told her about the chips, all I received from him was "okay". He didn't even offer to exchange the chips or offer another resolution. With this store being only open a couple of weeks, you would think they would like repeat customers but I did not get that impression!!! So disappointed!!!

I think the place is still getting into the swing of things. I was the only person in line and it took a couple of minutes to get taken care of. Portion was massive, tasted great. Polite staff. They need a "We're open"
 sign - it looks closed from the outside!

As previous reviews says- smallest portions- yes it is true. We faxed an order for 4 people- on my order asked lettuce and even wrote a comment please put a decent amount because from previous order was sooo poor. Gues what- no lettuce at all!!!! Few tries - have not improved. So decided to do business with Oakl Lawn facility :(
