Worst place ever! Not honest about ingredients in food to people who have allergies. Manager is a low life who threw rice water in my friends face. Absolutely the worst!

I wish there was another mexican restaurant that delivered in The area. The staff sucks rude and obnoxious. It takes almost 2 hrs for delivery. The only reason they have a customer's is because of convenience in the area.

TERRIBLE restaurant! I order from Del Carmen once a week, every Sunday. I placed an order last week and the order came wrong. The lady told me I was wrong and they would only credit me one item. I cannot have sour cream and cheese and my burritos were loaded with it. I said nicely that I order the same thing every week, why would I change it. She said I was wrong, but I could actually order my meal the next day because the delivery driver left. I called back the next day to be mouthed off by one of the cooks telling me I was wrong and that if I wanted a burrito I can come and get it myself. I was a loyal customer to this place, but if you're looking for good mexican food check out Zaca tacos and Los Comales. Much better.

Friend is allergic to dairy and they advised there was no dairy in his order and he got sick from it. He then wanted a refund and they threw sauce at him. Posting this on his behalf.
