The place to hit if you are in the south side of chicago. Excellent variety of foods if you love an authentic Yemeni food..........Tender meat.....tasty fish.......fresh made bread........top it off with dessert and famous tea with milk. Friendly staff made this experience great. Try it and you will never regretted it.

It was the worst experience of my life in any restaurasnt ... the waitress was so lazy ..very unprofessional..she didn't bother to ask for water or dessert.infact didn't put the plate or forks on the table. We had to go to ma9n counter ourselves to get all the stuff. Then the food was so tasteless that we literally left all the food uneaten. Simply pathetic...I wish there was some negative marking in the 5 star thing ..

Funny place dint even know why are they open. Waitress was sleeping on the table waiting for some one to walk in once we walk in she took around good 10 mins to bring the menu our stay of 45 mins we were not even served water to drink we had to go the counter to ask for spoon to taste some rise I guess the waitress was very high that night she was not able to speak or talk. We ordered mandi and biryani and a fried fish fish was cooked one side order side was RAW raw means RAW. Mandi was a plate of some cold rice with a rosted chicken and same thing was biryani there was no diffeence in mandi and biryani and the waiter dint had the clue either which was what or what was which I order 2 bread it was served way after the rice was brought in we landed at that place around 12.53 am on Halloween night and the food was brought to us at 1.27 am we left the restraunt at 1.38 without taking the food and paid 41 $. Will never go again even if they served free food.

First, when I heard there was Yemeni restaurant in Bridgeview, I went up and ordered mendi. It wasn't to my liking not my taste. I would say back in 2005 there used to be Yemeni restaurant at this same location, you can tell that's mendi. Now you can't find the best mendi in town.

Best zabiha Halal authentic place. Owner is very good Muslim. This restaurant certified by Chicago Halal Adcocates.
