The service was horrible they always get my order wrong and serve you old chicken that been sitting for hours. The manager was so rude and wasn't helpful at all. If you ask me they need a whole new look (new staff) I love Popeyes and spend alot of money their. Shouldn't be treated bad when I m helping you guys stay open by spending my money. I have to travel 25mins from my home to Hodgkin, IL because I refuse to come their.

Was just there. Food is excellant....customer service not so good. Ordered 5 piece spicy tenders with extra large coke. Cashier dumped coke onto my lap as she handed me my drink.....as I was driving down the street I realized that the coke was flat and warm and there was not one piece of ice in the drink.....very disappointing....

My Father was in the drive Thru..and the employees were talking to another so called customer in the drive thru. Soon as my father pulled up they shut off the lights. He wasn’t even able to order at the microphone! So I called and asked why they were closed because online they said they didn’t close until 10pm. And the female on the phone hung up on me. She was extremely rude! That Popeyes completely lost our business forever!!! More than likely was the manager! She needs to be fired!

Horrible place to go I have gone two times and both times the coleslaw has been gooey and sticky the first time I didn't realize till I got home last week I went again and I made sure to check it out first again the same thing I asked the lady wearing the blue shirt I assume she was a supervisor if it was supposed to be that way even do of course I knew it shouldn't she just moved her head and offered me another side really!! Her excuse they make it in the morning!! I'm amazed how that place is still open! She knew the coleslaw isn't good anymore and yet they still give it to the customers?? Watch out

Like Popeye's chicken, the employees are very kind but the management is another thing. Treat customers rudely. Not me personally but while I was there a customer had a complaint and the mgr belittled that customer.
