I had my wedding here a few weeks ago. The Inn is absolutely beautiful and the food is delicious. Every one is still raving about both of those things. However, many of my guests have told me how rude the staff was to them. 4 or 5 different groups of people have told me how rude the staff was during my cocktail hour and reception, including the Groom. From the waitress serving the bridal party during pictures, to the bartender, to the servers at dinner. All of the staff acted like they were miserable working my wedding.

Really enjoyed staying here. Quiet and comfortable. That said, there was no cold water from the sink.. and the television options were slim. Food was also good from the grille downstairs, waiters and hostess were very friendly. I stayed here for work and was happy overall.

Not a place for business travelers. The rooms that "have a desk" don't even have an electrical outlet to plug your laptop into. While the staff is friendly they are at times ineffective at handling problems. In a 4 day stay I was awakened at 6:00 am and 6:20 am 2 mornings by the construction crew doing work at the hotel. When I asked about it the 1st time it happened I was told that the construction crew wasn't supposed to start until 7:00 am. The second time (truck picking up a construction dumpster right outside my room window at 6:00 am) the response I received from the front desk was "I don't know anything about that" Not helpful. I won't go back.

The rooms were nice enough but they have a policy that they do not allow guests to bring in outside alcohol. They also updated the facilities and eliminated much of the New England charm that previously existed.

Had a great time at our friends wedding. The food was great and staff was very nice.
