I took my car to this auto repair shop two weeks before Christmas because I was told I had a crack in my engine after receiving an oil change. Instead of being honest and saying they will check it out to see what was going on, they took my word for it and was going to replace the engine. I was given an estimated total of $1200.00 plus the cost of the engine (up front). I asked them if they could pick up the engine at a tow yard because it would be cheaper. They said they would not feel comfortable in getting that engine but it wasn't until after the new year when they told me this. They then found an engine and told me it would cost me $2800.00 to repair. I told them no because I didn't have close to $3000.00 for my car to be repaired at that time. I felt they all had a suburban and was taking parts off my truck to transfer to their truck.  Needless to say that I am grateful that my car was not repaired because it was not the engine. I ended up paying less for my auto repairs.

Check engine light came on so I went in to this shop because its right in my neighborhood. I was very clear, "I want this check engine light to go away, find out everything that needs to be done then call me." I get a call about an hour later telling me that parts and labor are going to run me $300. I want the light to go away so I tell them to go ahead. Another hour later I go to pick up my car and the light is off which is what I wanted to I pay them. The very next day the check engine light comes on so I call the shop to ask why this happened, the reply I got was "s*** happens"

Please steer clear from these crooks...My husband took our truck to Jack for an emission's problem. Ended up giving this man 545.00. Needless to say next day engine light comes back on. My husband takes it back and he tells him oh it may take 2 or 3 times for the light to go out. At this point my husband understands cleary we got taken. We end up going to another mechanic 2 days later to find out every single thing he said he fixed was not done! He literally pointed out and showed my husband every single thing that Jack said he fixed!!
