Selling extra services not needed and sneaking it in to bill. This is not a normal Firestone quality so I'm driving down the street to the other shop. I recommend you do the same.

This location used to be my go-to shop. Not anymore.

Visited this Firestone as my vehicle was making some noise as one of the parts was bent underneath due to a minor accident. They immediately took a look and also checked my breaks and few other stuff. I was happy about the service and they charged me only $10. This is the second time I’m happy about their service.

I would not recommend this location to any one. I brought my truck there to get new tires put on. The employees in the shop were very rude, only one employee in the office area was helpful. They broke 3 of my tire sensors, and wrote it on the maintenance sheet, xharged me for fixing them, but never fixed them.after I brought it to there attention. They proceeded to replace them. I watched them replace the sensors, very sloppy work. Throwing my wheels around and when I got it back all 4 of my wheels have been scratched and gouged. As I finally got my truck back and started down the road 2 more lights came on my dash. Involving my tires. Prior to going there I had no lights on. I will never be going back there
