I was recommended Fast Lane Auto Repair by a friend after a lot of bad experiences with mechanics. I own a '98 Nissan Frontier with some quirks and a whole lot of character; I know next to nothing about cars. Fast Lane is unequivocally the best place in town. Every time my truck has a problem, the problem is explained to me in great detail, with diagrams, and I understand exactly what is wrong. Not once did I ever feel like I was being lectured or talked down to. Even if a part has been discontinued by the manufacturer, Jon and his crew have always found a way to make the repair. I will forever be grateful that they are mindful and gentle with rusty parts, never make me wait for days on end, and willing to do the toughest to the most frivolous of jobs. Jon and Honey are wonderful people who run an excellent business and I will not take my car anywhere else! If you're looking for a reliable, speedy, and wallet-friendly place to take your car you can trust these folks!

Extremely efficient and friendly service. Being from Michigan it was important for us to have our vehicle repaired both properly and expediently while staying in Nashville in order to make it home safely and on time. John's service far exceeded our expectations and delivered what I would consider to be the most positive auto repair experience I have had thus far. Excellent in every aspect.
