Hickory-smoked meats and good ole Southern cooking have been favorite family traditions of ours for as long as we can remember, and since 2006, we’ve shared that tradition with Hixson by serving up authentic, slow-cooked BBQ favorites, and we've loved every second of it! Whether you’re craving ribs, fresh catfish, or homemade chicken and dumplings just like Grandma's, we’ll always have your fix.
