First time i ordered from here yesterday, they left a menu on my door and guess what i ordered. The delivery driver couldn't find my place and he kept on calling my cell phone. I buzzed him through the gate and yet he cant find my place so i had to walk outside find the driver and get my food and when i opened the bag the food was all opened and spilled everywhere on my floor i guess the delivery driver dropped it from his hand. I didn't want to write bad review but they deserve it. The owner dont want to give refund either and was very rude on the phone. Please get yourself some drivers who actually knows the area not some who get lost. I recommend everyone never order from here.

ZERO STARS !!! Somebody look at this. Sticky, no flavor ,almost cake like. And on top of that they decided to add shrimp. I am allergic to shrimp. The menu ask you to pick your meat and I choose chicken, and then I am told after that the it originally comes with shrimp. This is suppose to be a chicken Pei Thai extra spicy. Pei Wei makes it the best. I could not leave for work so I used a delivery service that you can only pick up from certain restaurants. I choose this Chinese restaurant at random, and they have a minimum charge and delivery so I ended pay 16$. Whatever I was hungry, and this is what I get. The owner refused to refund me because she said that she called me and I did not pick up about the shrimp, I did return the call and she claimed no one called me from the number when I called back.Don't eat from Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant in West Palm Beach. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY ! I WISHED I READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST THEY ARE ACCURATE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

This place is god awful. I’ve ordered from them multiple times because I like to give things multiple chances. I ordered delivery and waited 2 HOURS for my food and it was only one meal and then they got my order wrong. Every time I’ve ordered from this place, the employees are terribly rude and they always mess up my order and don’t do anything to fix the issue. Don’t waste your money, time, or taste buds here. Sweet Ginger nearby is much better.

Three words: SAVE YOUR MONEY. Food from this place is not worth the paper bag it comes in. Horrible management and customer service. You will wait upwards of an hour and a half for your meal by delivery, only to find that the food is cold and/or not what you ordered, then have the manager fight with you about making it right. I've ordered multiple times because it is one of the only restaurants close enough to my work that will deliver, and each time I was disappointed more than the last. Take it from someone who has made this mistake many times; save yourself the time and frustration, just go to Sweet Ginger, much better quality food and service.

This Chinese Restaurant has Halal & Sodium Glutamate Free. An excellent choice for a Large Family Gathering. Also, has Reserved Tables. Lastly, it's a great atmosphere for Business Reservation.
