My daughter introduced me to this new company and its prep-meals. Since the moment I tried the first meal, I was completed satisfied by the taste, texture, portion size and so forth. I love the variation of idealnutrition SoFLA  prep-meals as well as its full flavor. Whether you have a goal on mind to get lean & fit, or you simple don't want to cook.. This is a great option to be out of the kitchen....Best quality products!!! Excellent is taste!!! I do recommend 100%  :)

If you're looking for healthy, economical and most importantly great tasting food this is your place.  You will receive eye pleasing food, ordering is a breeze, food choices are great and the portion size is more than you could ask for.  Delivery is as promised and customer service can't be beat.  I rarely leave reviews on products but couldn't help myself as this product supersedes all expectations.  You won't be disappointed!!!

One of a kind. I have tried numerous meal prep places and none really peaked my interest until I tired Ideal Nutrition. If you are looking for variety, freshness, great tasting, and most importantly healthy, this is where you need to get your meals!! I started a few weeks ago and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!! 😊

Who knew healthy meals could taste this good!! I absolutely love them!!
So glad these meals are delivered straight to my doorstep. I couldn't live with out them !! Did I mention that they are affordable !!! Just an added bonus !! Highly recommend to try them out !

The meals are both delicious and nutritious. The portion size is perfect and the meals are exceptionally priced. Absolutely the best meal prep service in all of Palm Beach.
