I brought my vehicle in yesterday for the first time for an oil-change. The guys  at the front counter were courteous and professional. I had a new air and oil filter that I’d purchased recently and they installed them for me which I appreciated. I had an appointment and I was in and out in less than an hour. 
Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, as well as quiet. 
The pictures of anything in question is nice to see. There was no pressure to have any additional repairs made,which is not always the case at other shops. 
When my vehicle was done, it was parked right outside and it had a bottled water in the drink holder. 
I was impressed overall with the process and the overall experience. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to go into a little more detail on areas such as the front and rear differential etc if there had been a need to add additional fluids etc. I didn’t find the information on the receipt so I called and they said that they definitely check them and add fluids if needed. For those of us that are a little more mechanically inclined, it is information that is nice to have. Since it was my first time and I was planning on leaving town for business, I called to confirm that they are checked. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!

Scheduled an appointment over the phone and was pleasantly surprised how nice they were.  Equally as nice in person with a nice waiting room.  Was recommended from a friend.  Even made coffee for me (although a little over the top because I can make it myself but i'm not complaining) . Always think people that do a good job deserve credit, will come back.

Friendly, helpful staff.  On time completion of work.  Good follow up with photos of under the car, or engine compartment troubles.  Estimates for correction work in advance.  Modern facility with all the hi-tech equipment needed for today's cars.

Took my vehicle in for them to check into a check engine light related to my brake sensors and traction control. Their initial work included a inspection of all main systems. They fixed the computer system related to the check engine light, but the light continued to ignite after we drove it away. A week later, we took it into to ask if they could check into it again. They replaced the part again, for the same result, so they completely overhauled the system. Shockingly, it was at no cost to me for this second visit! I appreciate the way they handle their business, the attitude they have at the desk, and the extremely comfortable lobby that is so much the opposite of the typical car shop waiting room. I just found my regular mechanics!
