On 1/4/17 I am a 72 year old woman.  I stopped at your store at 9:58am (according to my cell).  I saw that the store opened at 10:00am.  The temperature was -13 degrees wind chill.  I saw the woman inside look at me from the counter, and figured she would come to open the door, since it was so cold.  Besides, by the time she walked to the door it would be 10:00 am.  Well, that was not the case.  I waited another 5 minutes (felt like my face was going to freeze off!), walked to my car in the parking lot, got in, started it and began to drive away.  Then she finally opened the door as I drove past.  I have been a customer for a long time, and loved your store in Papillion, NE, but will not be going back to this one in Council Bluffs, IA!  I have taught Customer Service all over the world.  That is my specialty, and believe me,  THIS AIN't IT!!
