I went into the store and was happily greeted by the manager Jared, he was very friendly and was great to work with. When I came back to try on my suit before the wedding,(Like a responsible adult would do) I was assisted by Kristian Nielsen. I would recommend him for custom suits if you go here because he did a very nice job.

Actually I only give them a star because I am being nice!!! Worst ever customer service, no one would speak. Waited 20 minutes and no response from anyone. I understand it is Prom season and may need to wait a little but to get ABSOLUTELY NO customer service not acceptable.  My son and I went to Spotlight and received all kinds of feeling welcome and they were very busy as well.  We were in and out of there in 30 minutes.  Thank you to Spotlight.

We are very satisfied with the suit we purchased. The young man helping us was really nice the first day, but when we inquired about a sale they had going on he became very rude! Not only only rude, but he said "let me make it very simple for you". It is the way he said it also. We will not be back in to the store, and we will spread the word. If you do happen to go in, try not work with Jarred.

I love the staff here and I love the tailored fit in the clothing.  Staff has me looking sharp!

Second time visiting this location and will continue to return because of the good customer service. Jared assisted me picking out several items and did a great job!
