The store was clean and shelves stocked. Asked an employee where the bikes were, she said in "toys". Thanks, but where is "toys"? Could you at least point me in the right direction? As usual...only 2 registers open with long lines. Even the self check out was backed up. Waited in line almost 20 minutes, behind 4 other people(and this was the short line)...did they open another register? NO!  Still got out before most of the people in self checkout.

Went to Walmart to buy a couple bicycles,one for me and one for my wife. Went directly to the sporting goods department and as usual there was no one around,I pushed the little button to call someone to that area,no one showed up,I heard them paged to that area,so I waited. I got tired of waiting and went to find someone to see about getting some service over there,they said they'd find someone, nothing yet. To make a long story short,after 30 minutes of waiting and tracking someone down,I gave up and left the store. This isn't the only time this has happened, but it is the last time it will happen.

I buy the majority of my groceries here because they have such a huge selection of goods and everything is very affordable. My biggest complaint is that they seem to always be understaffed. Last time I was there it was very busy and they only had two check out lanes open. I have had some poor experiences with staff members who are not very friendly. I understand that Walmart is not a great place to work so I never let that get to me. But I wish they would pay employees more and treat them better.

Seems like there is only ever 2 lanes open which is kinda rediculus since there are 26. I don't get paid by Walmart so why should I work as a cashier and self check? Just ducks to stand in line almost as long as you take to shop. Also it always seems HOT in the store.

I see that this Walmart has removed the ability to leave reviews on their Facebook page so I’ll post my issue here. I had a used tire mounted on a rim that I brought in and was charged for a flat repair on top of mounting the tire. I spoke to the technician that installed the tire and he informed me that no flat repair was needed/done. I stopped the manager of the tire center and asked her why I was charged for a flat repair that didn’t happen and she told me it was because they had to use a wire brush on the rim to clean the rust off so the bead would seat.. I brought in a brand new aluminum rim!!! Aluminum doesn’t rust and it was brand new!! She refused to give me my money back and I feel like Walmart is stealing from me.. A few months ago the same Walmart tire center attempted to sell me a new tire that wasn’t needed.. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to the same manager that refused to remove the flat repair charge and all she offered me was a free flat repair on my next tire!! What is going on at Walmart Tire Shop!!?? Dishonesty and thievery is all I have been getting..
