This hospital is horrible from its staff all the way to it’s rude doctor I dealt with ! I was treated like if i was in the ER because i wanted to just waste their time and as if i really had wanted to go in the first place. Then the lack of professionalism if I can hear you talking about basically saying I didn’t have this happen to me or making a joking manner that I have something else wrong with me . The doctor as well saying “ let me go handle this problem “ . I was asked repeatedly to get a ct scan which I refused and it’s my legal right not to . I’ll never go back to this hospital ever . I was brought to the hospital by ems I always go to resolute they treat you so much better and actually care . Funny how I was transferred to another hospital thru treated me better and were able to figure out what happened

Nurses were fantastic and very caring. This is a baby friendly hospital so all the nurses were very knowledgeable and helpful with breastfeeding but not pushy.

Overall, not a place I would recommend or go to again if I have a choice. Twice now I have gotten MRSA from this facility and every single time I have had surgery there, the billing department begins harassing me over charges that were either double billed, services never received or coding errors that they refuse to correct. They have been sued successfully numerous times for double billing and violations of the Medicare act. Demand that your insurance company send you to some other facility!

The nursing staff up in ICU, & IMC, are awesome. Especially the patient care advocates. When we had problems getting a prescription filled, the whole staff worked to no avail, until David U. Was able to make a 2 day fight,. An hour process. Thanks to him, we were able to get the prescription, and he even met me so We could have it!! I have never,. Seen thus much compassion and care for the patient. Thank you all so much for the over outstanding care!!

Dad taken from Kirkwood Manor to Christus ER. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Dad was admitted and again staff exemplary. One of the cleanest hospitals I've ever seen. Well done and Thank You.
