I had my daughter here in March of this year. It was an absolute amazing experience! Everyone I came in contact with was patient and helpful to say the least. I was terrified when I went into labor (my first baby) but once I arrived, my nurses were very calm, but honest, with what was to come. Which helped put my mind at ease. The staff was great and helped keep me calm when they could tell I was getting nervous or when I was in pain. After I had my daughter, I had, and still have, full access to lactation consultants (who have also been AMAZING and super helpful!). If it weren't for them and all of their help, I don't believe I would still be breastfeeding now, almost 8 months later. I will never deliver at any other hospital! Labor and delivery at Resolute ROCKS!

I absolutely love this place! We had our daughter here when they first opened. Which was about 2 1/2 years ago and have been here for a few ER visits since when she hasn't felt well. I amazed with the hospitality, compassion and patience of the staff. They truly deliver in great patient care. From a nice delivery room, nurses, ER staff and hospitality that came to see how mom and dad were. If any coffee, water was needed. We've visited in the midst of Hurricane Harvey, there was no obvious stir craziness or resentment for being at work. Thanks for the great attitude & care!

The ER staff is friendly and really good at what they do. I feel they truly care about their patients however do have a billing system that needs some revision. I would definitely recommend this hospital but make sure that all providers who you deal with at the hospital take your insurance (including ER doctors, X-ray, etc). Overall good experience!

Took my wife there. Floor nurses very helpful, charge nurse needs to be more on top of her job. We waited hours on her last day there for an X-ray, X-ray tech too busy b/sing at nurses station to do her job. Finally gave up and left without X-ray. The date was 9/6/17 5:00pm. Hospital needs a better Director that will oversee their staff. Only a good Director can make staff better.

I was referred to Resolute by MedPost for fear that I was having a serious prescription/alcohol Interaction. This was due to being prescribed a new medication about which I hadn't been aware of the potential reactions--needless to say, it was a pretty terrifying experience. Resolute gave me the absolute bare minimum of care and did so with the worst bedside manner imaginable. After providing a bag of IV fluids and anti-nausea medicine, they discharged me promptly. I was discharged from the hospital still experiencing intense waves of nausea (but at least they were nice enough to give me an extra vomit bag) with the nurses knowing full well that I was still waiting on my mom to come pick me up and was told I could "just wait for her in the lobby ." As a result, I waited 40 minutes in the hospital lobby clutching the bag whilst passerby offered me more concern than the nurses at Resolute. When I finally asked to speak with the physician again because I didn't feel better and I was really worried about my state, I was told he would not see me and that it would just take time to feel better. I left Resolute now seeing the reviews that I'll likely receive a massive bill in the mail and I am still ill three days later.
