I cannot say enough good things about this facility. We brought my dad here following a stroke in early August 2017. The staff are professional, competent and KIND. They honestly loved my dad and he loved them. The food is beyond fantastic (Dad raved about every meal (and gained 7 pounds!) and I ate there many times myself.) Everyone from nurses, to techs, to pharmacy, to case management, to therapists to kitchen staff were always kind and helpful to Dad and to our family. They really went above and beyond to take care of him and of us. The therapy gym is great and the therapists are excellent. We were so glad that we brought him there and we're planning to take him back for outpatient therapy in a couple of weeks. We can't wait to have him back at New Braunfels Regional Rehab!

Such a great facility with nice spacious rooms and pleasant setting, but the best part is the people. All the staff I interacted with from the medical personnel and therapists to the team leaders, and receptionists and even the cleaning, maintenance and cafeteria staff were awesome. Such caring and nurturing folks helping one feel well cared for in a very personalized way. Very grateful for this God send!

I need a 6th or maybe 7th star above to even get close. This place is beyond stars or words. The people are technically good, but more importantly, they really care about - and for the patient. I have been here 2 weeks and my body has improved. More importantly, my spirit has also improved. They truly are"...passionate patient caregivers. Thanks guys. I go.home Wednesday a much better man.

Good people, they treat your loved ones decently as they get them back into shape. I have not tested the otherside of their helpful work. My mother will make a modest and positive recovery but they also help families with loved ones going in other directions... My sympathy there. All and all you can trust these folks..... Kitchen staff is a little overwhelmed... the manger there is handling a boss load of people.... they taking applications if your interested. Cause I eat there in the mornings with my mom and yeah, I'm amazed at how he can keep up when working it al alone. Like I said before, testament to the great staff there.
