So this is not only the most beautiful gallery / showroom  with amazing high end furniture but they have amazing jewelry and clothing.
The staff is extremely friendly, I was here for a sweatshirt being released on 3/27/18 which was a collaboration between Off—White and Chrome Hearts. I arrived at 3AM to wait for this very limited sweatshirt. They were not opening until 11AM but around 9:30AM one of the employees came out with coffee for everyone and they even came back out at 10:10. That is a special treatment most stores would never provide.

I've been to a few Chrome Hearts stores before, and I honestly did not enjoy this experience.

The store associates all felt really snobby. I had three pieces of chrome hearts on, yet none of the store associates seemed to take me as a serious customer. This really makes me wonder if they take any customers seriously.

Also, when I first walked in they told me about the upstairs furniture area, but then after I looked around on the first floor and asked if I could go up to the second floor, they said I couldn't. It just was strange why they said I could go up at first, but then later told I couldn't.

Lastly, it was raining outside. But when I came in, I took out my dry Burberry umbrella cover, and I was told that I couldn't carry my umbrella with my cover on. Instead they told me to drop it in this wooden box near the front of the door. They were very rude about the umbrella. If you cannot carry an umbrella in a dry cover, then you need to have a better system than throwing expensive umbrellas in a wooden box. Chrome hearts customers don't carry cheap umbrellas, and I was not happy with any of the customer service or etiquette from the employees.

Really nice gear. The biggest store I've seen outside of California. Art gallery feel. The people that work there were a bit off putting. I see why they get bad reviews on yelp relative to customer service.

Largest Chrome Hearts store in the world! So so beautiful. 2 floors filled with clothing, jewelry, furniture CH makes it all. Obsessed
