I was being helped by a young lady named Unique. She was AMAZING ! I walked in and was looking simply for a bedroom set and I ended up getting a nice couch and love seat for an amazing price ! She was a very humble and down to earth young lady, she definitely will work with you with anything you need ! She was very friendly to me and my parents and gave great insight . I really appreciate everything she has helped me with. This is my first apartment that I am furnishing and this was an amazing experience ! Thank you unique I really appreciate !!!!

Drove through traffic for over an hour to take a look here. Employees and the website said that the store was open until 9:00 p.m., but the store was closed when I got there at 7:35.  

I have to furnish am entire two bedroom apartment. I only hope that someone post a few thousand in commission.

We were given a coupon when we walked in, giving us the false sense that it could be used towards any purchase. We were also misled to think that nothing is special order;  “every piece of furniture can be ordered with any color or pattern material.” So we did exactly that, only to find out AFTER all the paperwork was done, that we could NOT use the coupon towards our living room set, because it was a “special order!” Meanwhile we are waiting one whole month, and still have not received our furniture! They keep giving us an “estimated date of delivery”  Bob’s furniture store delivered in 3 days! I’m beginning to feel unsettled about the whole purchase, and can’t imagine what kind of service I’ll receive IF the furniture is damaged. Signed: Customer waiting to be satisfied!!!

I had an incredible experience in this store. I highly recommend Pepsi, she's an excellent salesperson. She showed us exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions,  but also gave us space to discuss our options.  We bought a sofa within 15 minutes of entering the store. So glad we came to Value City! (Oh, and they service Staten Island, too.)

There customer service is horrific. I went to value city December 15th and ordered a sectional and a dresser and night stand. I have yet to receive my furniture and today is January 4th. EVERYTIME i call I’m told my salesperson will get back to me, which never happens. I still have no clue as to when my furniture will be delivered. I will soon have them cancel my order and go elsewhere
