January 2018: Arhaus couldn’t have been better to deal with and the sofa is of the highest quality. I needed some specific help as was under time pressure. Chris and Michelle went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more delighted. Thanks for all your help.

I agree with nearly 90% of the reviews here and wished I paid more attention when I saw them. But I gave Arhaus a chance because the furniture was lovely and the sales guy seemed nice enough. HOWEVER, they have TERRIBLE delivery issues (like they tell you one minute they are delivering and the next they are not because the truck is broken and they're so RUDE about it also) and the post sales care is VERY poor. They just don't want to deal with post sales issues or complaints and considering we are buying expensive pieces of furniture and considering furniture stores are getting dis-intermediated by online companies with better delivery service and customer care - they SHOULD care. Also -and most disturbingly, they were pushing me VERY heavily on the sofa doctor that they 'strongly reccommend' to break down the sofa. By strong I mean even when I said I didn't need a sofa doctor he still showed up at my front door the day of!! I don't know what arrangement they have with this sofa doctor but I got completely ripped off by him and I came out of that experience feeling like there was some arrangement between the store team and this guy. It was clearly NOT an impartial recommendation. Yes customers - do be VERY careful when ordering from this NY store and insist on your own sofa doctor if you need furniture to break down.

The worst customer service. I order a mug and they said they dont have in anywhere in the country so I requested a refund. I waited on the phone for over 20 minuets and nobody got back to me.Very rude people. I still have to call back for my refund. Wish me luck!! I had to click on a star to post but they dont deserve even that

Enormous Arhaus branch on two floors with a surprisingly large array of their furniture collections on display. Very professional and friendly staff. Complimentary design center on site and will visit your home.

Absolutely the worst company to work with!!!! Run away, if you are thinking of purchasing a custom order!! I placed an order for custom dining room chairs in January 2016 and was promised delivery in April 2016. The order was paid in full, up front, with the belief that they were a reputable company who stood by their word. I was wrong! After many phone calls in May 2016- I was promised the 6 chairs that I had paid for months earlier. At the end of June, I finally received a delivery of 4 chairs which consisted of 2 chairs that I actually had ordered and paid for, and 2 incorrect chairs, and still missing the 4 chairs which I had been repeatedly promised. 2 of those chairs were so badly upholstered that the fabric was splitting on the corner of the seat, almost immediately after delivery. I sent texts of the poor quality workmanship/fabric, but received no resolution- just empty promises that I would receive the correct order shortly. I spoke repeatedly with the sales person, the manager, and customer service over this and was told that the factory was busy and my prepaid order would be delivered soon. Fast forward to October of 2016, because that is when I received the chairs- 9 months to deliver a 6 week order!!!! They never did anything about the torn fabric on the seat of the cushions, and I would never trust them to fix their poor quality of work- and re deliver my chairs in a timely manner! The discount promised to me by the manager never materialised either! Bottom line- do not place a custom order!!!!!!! 9 months, dozens of attempts to get my chairs, and over $6000 spent- for inferior goods which are NOT holding up!!!! An awful company to work with!!!
