This place is great! Make sure you get the Groupon before you go to get a discount. Very reasonably priced also! Separate sections for men and ladies. You get a free locker to put your things. When you walk into the spa area there's many different things to choose from. You can take a shower. They also have a shower with jets coming from all sides. You can go into the sauna. You can go into the steam room. Then take a dip in the hot tub. I would suggest after a hot sauna going under the cold water jet that constantly goes from the roof with big pressure. They also have massages for an additional fee, but the entry price includes the whole day! Also a very nice fitness room with exercise machines for your choosing. So if you want to take some time to relax and refresh, Chung Dam spa and fitness would be the best place to choose!

I have been coming to this spa for years and I must say that the atmosphere is changing big time. I showed up recently to find out that you are given one pair of shorts and a shirt upon arrival that you can't replace in the back. Also, the towels are old and need to be replaced ASAP. I would suggest bringing your own to wash with. Additionally, the old, creepy, married white men are RELENTLESS with the overt cruising and masturbation. I literally have had to cuss more than a few of them out so that I could enjoy my stay. Finally, the quality of the massages have decreased as well. The new therapists do not have any formal training which can be found out by their technique. I suggest that better trained therapists be hired. I currently have a membership and probably will not renew it once it expires.

The staff are very abrasive. Customer service is seriously lacking. The price and facilities are decent, but certainly not enough to balance out how the staff act. For example, they frequently yell at you if you get any water in the locker room. They also don't seem to know what a "full day" means... To me by definition it should mean you are able to step out and be able to come back in. I asked the attendant in the locker room and he said that you can, just to keep your towel in your locker and keep your locker key. Sounds like it should be simple, but then the front desk clerk refused to allow me to come back, and when I started to explain, she screamed at me and got aggressive. I will not be back and would not recommend this place.

UPDATE*** Yes, this place is great! However! be wary to come to this place during the week because it is not as hot in as it should be. Weekends it is hot as it should be, so they are obviously trying to save money. When I was sitting in the hot and steam rooms which I usually sweat right away, I did not sweat for at least 30 minutes each in each room. NOT OKAY. When I addressed the issue, the owner told me they have not changed the temperature for 10 years which I told him that is clearly not the truth since I know how I feel being there all the time and how I sweat. He would not refund me my money and I told him that I am an unhappy customer and you are changing the temperature. He proceeded to tell me maybe my body is reacting differently, which was rude and a completely ridiculous response. Once again, this place DOES CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE DURING THE WEEK TO SAVE MONEY. They rev up the temperature during the weekend.

My first time going and was pleasantly surprised! Decided to get a body scrub that left my skin feeling great. Overall the place was clean and employees were friendly.
