I've been a member for three year now, and have never had an issue with scheduling or changing an appointment. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I've only had massages performed by Connie. I guess I was luck and found the best right from my first visit.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. You have to figure out which massage therapists are a good fit for you, but I think the quality is good for the price if you are a member.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I have experienced . The employee ALEX lied about receiving a tip from me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!  Especially for a birthday.  If you decide to ignore this warning then please give your tip to the front desk!

I have Chronic pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I was so impressed with Hand and Stone that I now have a standing weekly appointment.  I get migraines and tension headaches and the scalp treatment with peppermint oil takes them away quickly. I would recommend Hand and Stone to anyone. The therapist is so intuitive and focused on my individual needs. The front desk staff are helpful, cheerful, and kind.  The rooms and facility is extremely clean, and peaceful. Hand and Stone is a rejuvenation of my body and spirit.

Hand & Stone Oxford Valley is really very good.  I've always found the staff to be friendly & professional.  I have a membership which I use monthly for a facial.  I've read other posts (Yelp) about billing issues & inappropriate or unprofessional behaviour, none of which I've experienced.  So, why you might think just 3 stars?  My issue is that the 1 hour facial is never just that & is usually somewhere between 45 & 50 minutes.

Hand & Stone, please advise your team that 1 hour is 60 minutes, each of which should be spent treating the client.

Do this & I'll give you 5 stars.  Guess it wouldn't be OK if I paid you 25% less each month right?
