I hated this place, They shorted me of my hour massage, the front desk weren't friendly, and they also could have done a better job. Will never go back to this place and I hope this place falls to shambles

I regularly get a massage from my preferred massage therapist but have, on occasion, had a massage from other therapists.  They are conscientious in checking all notes as to my medical history so as to know what type(s) of massage is indicated and safe.  I am currently undergoing cancer treatment so my therapist who is certified in treating such cases has altered the massage significantly to be of benefit me and my current circumstances.
Have had facials each of which I have enjoyed and cosmetically benefitted from!

Not sure how they can call what they gave me a massage. First off... if the person is going to be giving you a massage they should cut their nails because the whole damn time it felt like a cat was scratching me, not a human being was giving me a massage. Secondly, I wanted a massage and told them that I had most of the tension in my shoulders and neck but she spent more than 10 minutes tugging at my hair and digging her nails into my scalp for no apparent reason, I can honestly say that no one in the world would think that that would feel good or in any way relaxing whatsoever. I can honestly say that I left that place after an hour and felt worse than I felt when I went in. I will NEVER go back to this place. One of the worst hour-long experiences I've had thus far and the worst $50 plus tip I've ever spent. 

If anyone told me they were going here to get a massage I would pay them the full amount that they did not to go. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND.

I would confidently say that I could do a better job with a bottle of cheap oil and bad lighting.

I purchased a gift card for my friends for their wedding gift & it ended up getting misplaced. Melissa was super helpful in canceling the card & issuing a new one. All the girls that took my call were always polite & helpful. Thank you!
