Have 7 ppl ahead of me and 4 ppl behind me and there's only one person working. What a disappointment. 

This is Usually the case across majority of their branches. 

Just came from TD who had 6 working and no line up. That's what you call good service. 

Will definitely be transferring my chequing account and business to TD real soon!!

The woman who is the branch manager there is a total biyatch! Instead of doing what she was supposed to do and what took me 5 minutes to accomplish at another CIBC branch she told me off in a very rude manner. Worst retail banking experience I ever encountered in the whole world!

Teller is totally impatient, even for correct her own mistake due to lack of her own duties, also rude, this is THE worst branches I have even came across, among not only CIBC, all banks

Processed my bill payment incorrectly! Intern didn't know how to do it, that's fine, but the other senior person did it wrong! Also, no parking space!

General manager Mindi. She has no idea about banking operations at all. Very poor and uncompetitive. No customer oriented.
I would say the worse​ service ever seen.
